Vishnu started his career in the financial services sector and subsequently revived his entrepreneurial background by making proprietary investments in emerging businesses needing growth capital. He founded Riverbridge Ventures with a passion towards new economy businesses, bringing in disruptive innovations, leading to marked differentiation in markets.

A keen observer of the STEM interface between Society, Technology, Economy and Markets, Vishnu spotted a gap and thus a need to setup an entity that did more than just provide capital. Thus conceptualized 'Venture Platform' as the game changer in start-up economies, with the sole purpose of enabling & scaling innovations.

With an inclination towards supporting entrepreneurship that facilitates upliftment of society in all its segments, Ram co-founded Riverbridge Ventures and gave it shape.

With more than two decades of entrepreneurial experience, Ram's strengths lie in envisioning the bigger picture and the macro-economic impact of disruptive concepts. With networking skills spread across, Ram evolves collaborations for Riverbridge Ventures and its entities. In the past, he has been the Chairman of Round table 8, a Hyderabad-based NGO.

A Post graduate in physics, Shri. M.R. Reddy joined Indian Police Service (IPS) in 1967 and was allotted to Maharashtra cadre, where he was handling Law & Order, Crime, Personnel Management and General Administration. After a highly successful tenure in Maharashtra, he went on deputation to Government of India and served in the Intelligence Bureau (IB) in various capacities handling Intelligence, Industrial / VIP security and Counter Terrorism.

He went on deputation to Cabinet Secretariat to set up Special Protection Group (SPG) for ensuring the protection of Prime Minister and his family members. He headed SPG as Director and successfully handled the visit of the Prime Minister to a number of foreign countries including Pakistan and visit to Kargil during the active war with Pakistan. He retired from IPS in 2004. He was awarded Indian Police Medal for Meritorious Service (IPM) and Presidents Police Medal for Distinguished Service (PPM) in recognition of his valuable services.

After retirement, he has joined GMR Group, a leading Infrastructure Developer in the country as Advisor, Security & Vigilance. He has set up a premier Security Services Company, Raxa Security Services Ltd., Bangalore, a GMR Group company and heads the company as the Managing Director. In 2011 he retired as Managing Director and continues as Advisor, Security / Vigilance and also Ombudsman for the Group.

Capt. Ratna Reddy is an ex-Army Officer, who later joined the AP Police. He served in the Indian Army for about a decade and participated in the 1971 Indo-Pak War.

In the Police, as SP, he headed two police districts. He also worked as Deputy Commissioner of Police (Law and Order) and Joint Commissioner of Police in Hyderabad City; IGP of Hyderabad Region, supervising five districts and IGP, Intelligence.

He received the Indian Police Medal for Gallantry and President of India Medal for Distinguished Service. After retirement, he worked as Director of Investigation in AP Lok Ayukta, an anti-corruption wing.

He also did Chief Information Officer course from the prestigious IIM, Ahmadabad, sponsored by AP Govt

An alumna of IIM Ahmedabad, and an ex-banker, Ashima initially spent fruitful years as a consultant to several academic institutions, customizing and offering solutions to solve academic, technology and operational needs in order to make teaching and learning a more efficient and productive process. Along the way she authored several academic books, and with all the experience set up brilliant education and technology teams that focus on solving and bettering the teaching-learning-testing experience in all levels of education.

In between her hundred cups of coffee a day, Ashima loves to meet interesting people and enjoys applying her love for gadgets (and keyboard shortcuts) to improve productivity of people around her. Ashima is adept at anticipating the future and preparing for forthcoming changes in the environment. Academics is her first love and loves her red-refill pen as she gets down to work.

Abhay started his career with HDFC Bank where he quickly rose to the position of Operations Head (Credit & Sales). He setup both the Aurangabad & Jalgaon branches in North Maharashtra and maintained leadership position in North Maharashtra, increasing business from INR 120 MN to INR 720 MN in Feb 1999 for the Mortgages Business.

Post HDFC, Abhay moved to ICICI Bank where he launched the first branch of ICICI Home Loans in India. He grew the business from scratch in Feb 1999 to a market leader position by March 2004 for the Western Zone. He was responsible for Sales, Credit Underwriting, Marketing and Business Development for Mortgages. In 2005, he successfully created a new business unit – “Valuation Team”, specifically to focus on Valuation of Properties for ICICI Bank & ICICI Home Finance Co., development & update of Property Price Indices for 36 Cities, Property appraisal system development.

ICICI/ HFC nominated him for the Technical committee of NHB for development & maintenance of Property Price Index, New Property Price Monitoring Committee of RBI and Development of Valuation Code for Banks & HFI’s by IBA.

Abhay also advises leading Banks & HFI’s for valuations of large properties/projects, review of existing policies, process & streamlining/development of best suited Policy, and works as a subject matter expert for development of Property Appraisal System.

Adarsh as a partner at Riverbridge Ventures, works closely with companies that are part of Riverbridge. With a strong knowledge base across sectors, he is responsible for smooth functioning of the Technology team and tech enabled innovations at Riverbridge. He brings his business development, sales, strategic direction and technology expertise gained through 13 years of diverse experience with multiple industries, geographies, and scale of businesses. In addition, Adarsh’s passion for leveraging technology to build long-term businesses has led him to found a Virtual Reality company, Dymerse, where he overlooks strategy and business operations.

Prashanth did his Master of Science from Virginia Tech, Blacksburg, VA, USA. After completion of his studies, Mr. Prashanth Rudrangi worked as a software industry for 15 years in USA. His professional experience included working for large insurance company to multi-national IT product company to Federal government in various capacities from software engineer to principal software architect. Mr. Prashanth Rudrangi returned to India in 2010 and established Transguard Electrical Systems, involved in manufacturing of circuit breakers. He has proved his business acumen by growing the business many multiples, year over year.

Sumit, an Engineering Graduate, is a serial entrepreneur, continuously looking fornewer areas to professionally excel and provide the widest array of consulting services under one business set up. A first generation businessman, and a pioneer consultant, he has spread his wings into GIS and Aviation. Sumit’s strength lies is creating entrepreneurs within the enterprise; thus creating a fullydeveloped departmental model for each vertical of business. He enjoys taking an organization through the process of organizational development and functional development right from inception of idea, all the way to establishing a solid structured system.

Sumit has been the Secretary for Institution of Engineers, Nasik local Center, a National Award winning President of NashikManagement Association from All India Management Association (AIMA) as well as a Member for Industrial Excellence awards committee with NIMA.

Suhail is an MBA graduate in Project Management. He has over a decade of experience in dealing with the core components of Sales, Business development and Marketing. During the course of time he has held various senior managerial positions in organizations like the Jacob Fleming Group and IQPC India Pvt. Ltd. As part of SEALS, Suhail looks into business development activities for south India.

He has 5 years of experience in Logistics Design, Analysis, Implementation and Marketing in various sectors such as Retail, FMCG, E-Commerce, Chemical, Automotive and Power. He gained this expertise through his tenure at a top logistics firm in India and managing a branch of another company in Hong Kong. Akshay has a Masters in Business Logistics degree from Fisher College of Business, The Ohio State University, USA and Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from Anna University, Chennai.

A Post Graduate in Business Management, Atul’s career has spanned across Corporate Finance, Mutual Fund Institutional Sales & Distribution Channel Management of Private Banks & Wealth Management Companies. After spending 16 long years with companies like DSP BlackRock, Pioneer ITI & Aditya Birla Group, Atul ventured in to real estate consultancy space. For last 5 years, Atul has been providing real estate transaction advisory services to various high net worth individuals within Luxury Real Estate segment, especially in markets of Mumbai, it’s surrounding regions and Goa.

With his long experience and network in diverse fields of Finance & Real Estate, Atul is leading the fund raising efforts for Riverbridge entities and building Riverbridge Ventures Investor Platform (RViP), a platform offering startup investing opportunities to individuals & institutions.

Vamsee brings in 17 years of experience in project management, process consulting and entrepreneurship across diverse sectors including IT, Telecommunications, Utilities, Healthcare, Retail, Hospitality, Construction and Heavy Engineering. He is an MBA graduate from Monash University, Australia and worked as a management consultant with IBM Australia. He has worked in a multitude of challenging and complex projects in Australian corporate sector.

He has developed a passion for SME sector and recognises SME’s are the backbone of any economy. His core focus is to bring the advancements in the mobile technologies closer to the reach of the small scale industry thus enabling them to reach wider markets with limited resources. His entrepreneurial business based in Sydney consistently provides innovative B2B and B2C solutions to SME’s.

After graduating in Hospitality Business Management and working with IHG in New Zealand, Aishwarya moved to India where she worked with N3 Enterprises where she gravitated towards Marketing and Sales. After moving on from there she worked with Jrc- trade fairs and conventions as Associate Director of Sales and Marketing before pursuing further education in Marketing in New Zealand.
